Caroline Worley grew up immersed in the workings of Zettler Hardware, a small business owned at that time by her grandfather, father, and uncle. As a young teen, Caroline began working at the hardware stores for just $3.35 an hour plus free candy and pop. As she grew up, Caroline stocked merchandise and worked as a cashier. Even after she went away to college, Caroline was still happy to help take inventory over school breaks.
Now, Caroline is a successful attorney and owner of her own small business, Worley Law and Zettler Hardware is one of her clients.

Pat Zollars has run a small commercial construction company for five years, and has done it for the last 30 months without a business partner.
So keeping an eye on marketing and other strategic issues had become a challenge while operating a business in an economic downturn.
“I have a team and we work on the business plan collectively,” Zollars said. “But I really didn’t have a sounding board to say, ‘This makes sense and that doesn’t make sense,’ or ‘Let’s go in this direction.’ ”
