YMT was created by “business owners for business owners.” Why? Because we understand the challenges faced on a daily basis by start-up and struggling businesses. And, because we know the challenges, we have developed programs to overcome them.

What are our two greatest challenges?

• Lack of knowledge – We don’t know what we are going to face until we take the leap and become a business owner. Then, we are too busy running the business to be strategic.
• Lack of proper funding – Most of us start our business under-capitalized because we are unable to raise the capital needed, making it harder to develop and grow our business.

At YMT, we would like to help you overcome both these challenges. We have partnered with traditional and alternative funding sources and pulled together an extensive group of successful small business owners to provide funding options, knowledge and mentoring.
